Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Swyfto's cleaning services. By booking any service with Swyfto, the client agrees to comply with these terms.

2. Water Usage
For all power washing services, the client must provide access to a water supply. Failure to do so may result in service delays or cancellations.

3. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service.

4. Quotes and Pricing

• The client acknowledges that the quote provided includes all chosen services, prices, discounts, and the agreed date and time of service.

• Both parties must agree to the quote's layout, and payment terms, including the agreed-upon Net + Days.

• Failure to pay within the Net + Days period will result in a charge of $100 for each additional day of delay.

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel or reschedule bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled service date via the confirmation email or by contacting Swyfto directly via email.

• If cancellation is made within the 24-hour window, the 50% deposit will be retained by Swyfto.

• The deposit is 100% refundable if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

• Rescheduling is allowed only if done before the 24-hour window.

6. General Liability Coverage
Swyfto maintains General Liability Coverage to ensure protection against any unforeseen damages or accidents that may occur during the service. However, clients are responsible for informing Swyfto of any pre-existing issues or conditions that may affect the service.

7. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Swyfto reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time to improve its services. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability
Swyfto will not be held responsible for any damages arising from the failure to comply with these terms or for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
